The Sterling partner portal is for authorised repair-network users. It is where partners view allocated cases, submit estimates and variations, and track authorisations.
We will never ask for your portal password by email or telephone Sterling Accident staff do not need your password and will not ask for it. If you receive a message requesting your login details, do not reply — forward it to claim@sterlingaccident.co.uk.
- Access is issued to named individuals at approved partner businesses
- Credentials are set up during onboarding, not self-registered here
- Tell us promptly when a member of staff leaves so access can be withdrawn

You will be taken to Sterling's secure portal sign-in page. WordPress handles the password and session; this public Elementor page never receives either.
