Network application

Apply to join the Sterling approved repair network

Tell us about your business, your facilities and the work you take on. Our partner team reviews every application and will call you to talk it through.

Who this is for

Independent bodyshops and repair centres

We work with established repair businesses that carry out accident damage work and are prepared to document it properly. Size and turnover matter far less to us than estimating discipline, communication and quality control.

  • Accident damage and body repair specialists
  • Repair centres with paint and refinishing capability
  • Workshops with diagnostic and calibration capability, in house or arranged
  • Businesses that can hold vehicles securely while a claim progresses

Applying does not create any obligation on either side. Nothing is agreed until a partner agreement is in place.

Step 1

You apply

Complete the form below. Anything you do not have to hand can follow later.

Step 2

We call you

A partner-team conversation about capability, coverage and expectations on both sides.

Step 3

Documents reviewed

Insurance, certifications and business details are checked, and the agreement is issued.

Step 4

Set-up and first cases

Contacts, portal access and process are configured, then cases begin to be allocated.

We do not quote an onboarding timescale, because it depends almost entirely on how quickly documentation comes back from your side. We also do not guarantee work volumes, minimum case numbers, payment timescales or area exclusivity. Commercial terms are set out in the partner agreement.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Everything else helps us assess the application faster but will not stop you submitting it.

About the business
Leave blank if you trade as a sole trader or partnership.
Who should we speak to?
Location and coverage
Towns, counties or postcode districts you would accept work from, and whether you collect and deliver.
Capability
Repair capabilities
Tick everything you carry out in house. There is space below to explain anything you subcontract.
Vehicle types you work on
List what you actually hold, with expiry dates if you know them. We will ask for evidence before onboarding rather than taking it on trust — that protects the partners who do hold them.
Do you have courtesy vehicles available?
Do you have secure overnight storage?
Anything else
Anything that helps us understand your operation: capacity, what you subcontract, the work you would rather not take, or existing scheme experience.
