If anyone is injured, the road is obstructed or there is immediate danger, call 999 first. We are not an emergency service. Contact us once everyone is safe.
Send the accident details and photographs through the secure report form. The claims team will review the information and contact you about the next steps.
Start Your Accident ReportOne address for everything — accident reports, existing claims, garage partners and general enquiries. It reaches the whole team, so nothing sits in an unwatched inbox.
Put your vehicle registration in the subject line and we can find your file before we even open the message.
Waiting on an assessment, an authorisation or a completion date? Email with your registration number so the team can locate the whole case file without asking you to explain it again from the start.
Joining the network, an authorisation query, documentation or a payment question — use the same email address. Say in your first line that you are a repairer and it gets routed straight away.
Fill this in and the right team will pick it up. If your accident has just happened and your vehicle is not driveable, please call instead — it is quicker.
Sterling Accident coordinates accident support, repair arrangements, replacement-vehicle assistance and related claims administration. We are not an insurer, we are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal or financial advice. Repairs are carried out by independent repairers in our network rather than by us.
Whether liability is accepted, whether an insurer authorises a cost, and any settlement figure on a total loss are decisions for the relevant insurer or third party. We can put your case to them and chase a decision; we cannot make one. Our Terms and Conditions set out exactly what we take on and where our role ends.
If something has gone wrong, tell us and it will be looked at properly. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and answer them within 20.
Full procedure in our Terms and Conditions.
We collect what the claim needs, share it only where it has to go, and delete accident photographs after 90 days.
